The taxi route
Take Zhongshan Freeway, take Chongqing North Road Exit, go toward Taipei Main Station (Zhongxiao West Road), turn right at Huaining Street on Zhongxiao East Road, go straight and turn left when you're at Hanko Street, and you should see Relax III, and then Relax II on the left side  .  
Relax I is between GuangQian & Kaifong St. so when you leave for McDonald’s on GuangQian Rd, then Hotel Relax is above it on 11F.

The bus route
Walk to the SW exit of the Arrival Hall at Terminal 1 or the NE exit of the Arrival Hall at Terminal 2, take City Air Bus to Taipei Main Station East Exit , walk to West Exit3, then the left hand is Zhongxiao West Road,  cross the street to the Guanqian Road, Hotel Relax I is above McDonald’s.  
Relax II is on No.15 1 Sec HangKo Street .Pls refer to the map and go along with GuanQian Rd, turn right when you come across HanKou street, you may find Relax II and Relax III entry.
 
The Light Rail Train to Taoyuan Airport
The nearest exit for light rail train to Air-port is K12 at Taipei Station.
